My parents aren't home

This game is my entry for Strawberry Jam 9, hosted during February 2025. It's a cute little runner game where you play as a young man going to his girlfriend's house to have some fun 😏

I started working on the game in mid-February, so it's quite small (a full run takes about 2 minutes…). I had some cool ideas to improve the game, but I had to cut them due to time constraints... I might add them after the jam is over.

Speaking of cut content, in the main menu, you'll see a "Gallery" option. I wanted to create some illustrations as rewards for completing challenges, but I didn’t have enough time to draw and didn’t want to rush them. If I update the game, I’ll definitely add those.

Also, this is the first time I’ve hand-drawn the sprites (I usually do pixel art), so this was a bit of an experiment for me. Feel free to give me feedback on the visuals!

That being said, working on this was really fun, and I hope you'll have fun with this silly little project too! 🙂
